View Full Version : anyone know echo1 internals
heres the thing......im taking a echo1 stag 15 non working and a echo1 416 with lower receiver damage......and mae a fraken ehco 416....does anyone kno if the internals are the same since there both echo.....the 416 is a shorter barrel which i think i might keep for cqb and what not... so it would be the upper reciever of the 416 being married to the lower of the stag 15....will this work????
or i will just relplace everything and have 2 working rifles idk yet....let me know what yall think
The lower recievers are the exact same except for the trademarks...the upper reciever is all they changed on the M4, 416....and they should inter-match depending on what you are looking to do. They made pretty much all the M-series and 416 identical in basic parts for the ability to interchange on the production line without modifications to the process. The only difference will be comestic stuff like longer barrels, RIS systems, and so forth.
I hope that help...if not bring the parts and we throw it together and see what it makes...lol
The upper reciever on the HK416 is taller than the one on an M4
But the inner dimensions should be the same on the upper receiver for the gearboxes are the same. External part of the top portion for all the M-series to the 416 will be different.
